1. The service

TutorTots Kids provides centrally managed online English courses, live Zoom classes and Montessori-inspired activities for children aged 3–6.

2. Accounts

Parents must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian is responsible for the account, and for the child's device and surroundings during lessons.

3. Courses, plans and payments

• The price, access period and included content are shown before you pay.
• Paid access starts after the payment provider confirms your payment.
• A free trial gives time-limited access to the content shown in your portal and does not turn into a paid plan automatically.

4. Live classes and refunds

Live classes are joined from the portal. Refund requests are reviewed by our team; please contact us with your order reference.

5. Conduct and course content

Course videos and materials are for your family's personal use. Sharing logins, copying or redistributing them is not allowed and may lead to loss of access.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and safe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course or plan.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which TutorTots Kids is registered.
